Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your mobile number if you choose to give one. The mobile number is optional; your account works without it.
• Subscription data: subscription status and renewal dates. Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay or Stripe. We never see or store them.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser) for security.

How we use it

To give you access to paid content, send you new posts (you can turn this off on your account page), handle billing, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Your mobile number

If you give us a mobile number, we use it only to contact you about your subscription and to send you new-post alerts. We never sell it, rent it out, or pass it to advertisers. You can change or remove it anytime on your account page, and removing it deletes it from our records. If you pay through Razorpay, they collect a mobile number as part of the payment; where you haven't given us one, we save that number for the same purposes.

Processors

Razorpay (India payments), Stripe (international payments), Brevo (email delivery) and Railway (website hosting) process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing ganntrader2@gmail.com.
