Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. After cancelling, you won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because paid content becomes available immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), email ganntrader2@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll refund it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the gateway will retry for a few days. Access may be paused if payment can't be collected.
